Senior Staff Pharmacist provides comprehensive pharmaceutical care through integration of drug distribution, patient monitoring, staff education and patient counseling and teaching activities. Clinical Staff Pharmacist fills orders for monitor patients drug therapies and provide drug information. Clinical Staff pharmacist supervises and directs technical support staff. Clinical Staff Pharmacists performs medication reconciliation, therapeutic drug monitoring, medication recommendations, and patient education.Â These duties require direct collaboration with patients, physicians, nurses, and other ancillary care givers.Â In the absence of the Director of Pharmacy or other supervisory staff, a Clinical Staff Pharmacist may be required to assume the essential responsibilities and perform the duties of the Director of Pharmacy.
