Position Requirements REQUIRED: Graduate of an accredited surgical technology program and two (2) years of experience as a Surgical Technologist. As of February 7, 2016, employees currently in the Senior Surgical Technologist role are considered grandfathered and are therefore not required to meet the educational and certification requirements of this job. Anyone applying for Senior Surgical Technologist after of February 7, 2016 must meet the established requirements.
