The incumbent serves as the Lead Medical Instrument Technician (multi-modality) for Radiology service at the SFVAMC. In this position the incumbent will perform routine to highly complex Diagnostic and Vascular Ultrasound examination procedures used for medical diagnosis. Works closely with the technologists, radiologists, clinicians and clerical staff to assure optimum quality control, efficient coordination of activities, high quality diagnostic exam results, and patient satisfaction.
