The incumbent serves as a Telehealth Technician for the Audiology/ Speech Pathology Service. 25% or more of services are provided via tele-modality. Providing direct patient care in the management of routine aspects of amplification delivery such as patient counseling, repairs, procedure assistance, and program oversight performed under the direction of a licensed Audiologist. The position combines direct patient care activities with technical support functions and tele-presenter functions.
